Refunds & Exchanges

All sales are final! We do not offer returns, exchanges, refunds (full or partial) or credits due to incorrect fit, sizing, if you no longer want the product, etc. Personalized items will not be refunded/exchanged under any circumstances. Refunds will only be issued due to an error on our behalf. The refund will be in the form of store credit. If item(s) have a defect please email us within 3 days of receiving your item(s).

 

Shipping

Preorders and other items are made to order. Once invoice is paid and preorder is closed the order will be placed to supplier. Average TAT for preorders is 8-10 weeks, but is not guaranteed. We will keep you up to date as we receive the updates. Please put into consideration that we are not reliable for shipping delays.

 

Photo Consent

If you wish to share photos of your products purchased, children, etc. that comes with automatic consent for Tiny Town Smocks to use said photos for advertisement purposes; website, posters, advertisements, etc.
